SPECIAL ORDER
What does a “special order” mean?
We receive high demand for our adorable puppies, and if your desired puppy is sold out, you can place a “special order” by making a deposit. This deposit enables us to find a similar puppy for you in terms of gender, color, size, face type, and quality. To provide us with an idea of your preferred puppy, you can either refer to the Previous Puppies page or upload a video or picture via the Quick Form. It’s important to note that your initial deposit is non-refundable and only holds the puppy for fifteen calendar days after we locate the Special Order puppy. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of the Special Order puppy. For additional information about the duration required to find a specific puppy, please contact us.
Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable, so it’s essential to be committed to adding a pet companion to your household before placing a deposit. Furthermore, once we locate your requested puppy, the deposit is only valid for fifteen calendar days. If the puppy isn’t paid in full by then, it is no longer reserved. For more information, please speak with one of our representatives, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery
Your chosen puppy will be shipped to the international airport nearest to you, with Pet Cargo available within 2 to 3 days from the adoption day, depending on the destination and current weight of the puppy. We will begin the process once the full payment for the puppy is confirmed and completed.
We will cover the transportation costs by Pet Cargo for the following airports: LAX, JFK, SEA, LAS, SFO, YYZ (Canada), and YVR (Canada). We can deliver to DFW, IAD, ATL, and YUL airports for an additional $300. For all other airport deliveries, please ask for our personal inflight nanny service.
When flying with a puppy, it’s essential to adhere to and verify the airline’s regulations for pet travel, including the necessity of an airline-approved dog carrier for in-cabin transportation.
Please note that flight bookings to Miami International (MIA) or Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) airports can take longer than the 8-week process due to those flights being the ones with a lower accommodation space. Flight bookings to MIA or DFW airports are subject to change without prior notice. Flights to any airport are also subject to change by the airline company without prior notice.
An inflight nanny is required if direct pet cargo flights are not available to your city. The inflight nanny cost can vary from one destination to another. We are on the nanny’s clock and cannot decide on the delivery date for your puppy. A date that the nanny gives us is subject to change without prior notice.
The Pet Cargo has a designated safe, pressurized, and temperature-controlled space in the plane for pets. The crate is attached with food and water access during the flight. After the flight is booked, we will provide you with full details about the shipping process and how you can pick up your puppy at the airline office location. The Pet Cargo option is the most common way we deliver our puppies, and we have never experienced any accidents since we started using this delivery method. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Australia, South Africa, or India due to the rules and regulations on dog imports for entering these countries.
