We offer returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  • Change of Heart: We understand unforeseen situations arise. If you can no longer care for your puppy within 30 days, you may return it for a full refund (excluding any initial deposit).
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Major life changes may impact pet ownership. If a significant event prevents you from keeping your puppy (e.g., job loss, relocation), contact us to discuss return options. We may offer a full or partial refund based on the situation.

Important Requirements for Returns

  • The puppy must be returned in good health, with no signs of neglect or mistreatment.
  • All original paperwork, including health records and vaccination documents, must be returned.
  • We reserve the right to have a veterinarian examine the puppy upon return.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We cannot accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
  • Puppies purchased with a discounted adoption fee are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for health concerns arising after the 30-day return window.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned puppy.
